The Ridgeway is a long distance walking-cycling-bridleway. It starts approximately near Swindon and stretches along the Chiltern Hills beyond Aylesbury.It has 139 km in total, walkers are allowed everywhere, cyclists mostly only on the western part.

Every now and then I hear about triathlon so I decided to try what’s it like. On Sunday, October 14, I had my first trial. In privacy, no race.
Finally I managed to visit Scotland. I was lucky to be accompanied by my brother. We climbed Ben Nevis and walked about half way down the West Highland Way. In one word, beautifulandinspiring. For a long time this was just a thought, but I finally did it. On 26th September I cycled over 140 km from Lowestoft to Cambridge. It took me about 11 hours in total (9 hours of cycling) and it was worth it.
After I cycled to Norwich in September 2011, I was pretty sure I was never going to it again. Well, I did it again. And the way back was a real pain against the wind. Again. Yet this time I had some rain too.
Yesterday I cycled on my new bike to Norwich for an appointment regarding national insurance number. It was quite a long way (95 km in total) and it took longer than I expected.
