In August, I went for a trip to Crimea, Ukraine, with a travel agency called CK Mundo. I borrowed this map of the trip from their website by the way:
Yesterday I cycled on my new bike to Norwich for an appointment regarding national insurance number. It was quite a long way (95 km in total) and it took longer than I expected. Strong winds slowed me down at times and I also had to frequently check if I was going in the right direction. Anyway, it was a struggle, but I made it. A big lesson learned from this trip was that I need much more than 2l of water and 200g of muesli for such journey. Take more food and drink next time!
On 10th June 2011, I graduated at Cranfield University, School of Applied Sciences. It was my great pleasure to recieve the “ESRI UK Prize for the Best Student in Geographical Information Management” from the hands of Tim Brewer (Cranfield University) and the “Infoterra Prize for the Best Student Project from the MSc in Geographical Infromation Management” presented by Paul Russell (Infoterra).

I decided to stop writing my pages with text editors (Notepad++) and move to something completely different. A content management system, specifically Word Press. I have to say I am really impressed and I wish I did this step some time ago. The most exciting thing is that it will take some time to get my sites exactly in the shape I want, so check regularly

The program is described in a 1 page long PDF manual and you can download it here: IDWinterpolator.
